We rent you our 2015 built apartment, which is equipped with underfloor heating, even for cool days. The apartment is located on the upper floor and has a large roof terrace with seating. In the apartment you will find a living area with TV, sitting area, 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds (without outside noise) incl. Bed linen, a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, a bathroom with shower, toilet and radio for long sessions, hair dryer, ironing equipment, dryer rack, towels. A baby chair is also available. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers (tiled floor, no animal hair). In the outdoor area you will find a sitting and barbecue area in the yard, a large lawn for play, horses in the vicinity, storks in the village and the swallows at the house. The public playground is about 100 m, to the nearest forest about 200 m, to the nearest lake with drinking water quality 5 min by car. Free parking. Washing machine and dryer use is possible if needed and the clothes dryer on the lawn. The district Laeven is located about 5 km south of Feldberg surrounded by fields right on the edge of the forest. Laeven has about 70 inhabitants. A pond and old trees characterize the center. Original paths and streets characterize the townscape. Forest and dirt roads invite for hiking and cycling. There is hardly any car traffic.
