Cozy basement with Private living room & bathroom

This is a house 10 minutes away from Purdue University. It's not big but cozy. You get the whole basement, including a full bathroom and workplace. Basically it's like a studio. We also have a backyard. You can enjoy the sunshine and some coffee there. Note: We DO have 2 security cameras at front door & kitchen. We DO NOT have cameras in any rooms. My son is a Purdue student, and he's usually nearby. If you need anything, send us a message and he can definitely help! You can get to Meijer / Walmart by bus, call Uber / Lyft, or drive. It's like a 10 min drive for both. It takes less than 10 minutes of driving to Purdue University campus. Light cooking (microwave and fridge) is available. Laundry is free, and we provide guests with laundry detergent and dryer sheets
