Shore Break - Seaview

Located in the seaside village of Seaview, a mere 30km from the Port Elizabeth beach front. This quiet village allows for the perfect beach break with 360 degree views of the Indian Ocean. This beach side home allows for Whale and Dolphin watching and bird watching. You cant get closer to nature than this. Property is located on the waters edge with a path down to the rocky shore below. Modern furniture and sea view's from most bedrooms this is the perfect beach getaway. Large open spaces with doors to allow the fresh air in. The space is perfect for the large family with sufficient space to allow for privacy. Large entertainment areas allow for indoor braaiing, bar area and pool table for evening games and socials. Outdoor pool overlooks the Indian ocean and property is located on the rocky shore of Seaview (please note that we are experiencing restrictions imposed on us by the municipality due to the water shortage and we cannot guarantee that the pool will be operational during your stay. We are trying out best to buy and truck water in to keep the pool operational) Property is managed by a property manager and no staff stay on the property. The Property Manager will be available to assist the guests when necessary Seaview is a quiet village outside of Port Elizabeth. This village has a local Spar and Bottlestore and mere 2 minute wall from the property. There is a local pub and restaurant nearby. The village is safe with beautiful sea views and sandy beaches nearby. Unfortunately there is no public transport and Uber can be expensive but does travel to Seaview. You will need to have our own car.
