From there you can reach the city center and the main station in 5 minutes. The modern holiday flat is located in the central Bulgariplatz district. Whether you are travelling by car, public transport, bike or on foot - within a few minutes you are in the city centre, at the main railway station or on the motorway. Car: Free long-term parking is available in the inner courtyard or directly in front of the house (please don't forget the parking card). Public transport: The tram stop "Unionkreuzung" is only 350m away, take the 1 or 2 tram for 1 stop to the main station and 5 stops to the "Hauptplatz" (main square). The flat is located in the district "Bulgariplatz", which lies south of the city centre. The district benefits from its central location and good public transport connections. As there is a bicycle path right next to the flat, it is also an excellent place to explore the city by bike. 150m away is the "Lenaucitypark", where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gyms.... Also in the "Wienerstraße" (300m distance) there are many bars and small restaurants. The "Landesmusiktheater" (music theater) is 900m away, a 10-minute walk.
