Delightful ground floor apartment at Geevor House on the North Cornish Coast in Trewellard , with panoramic rural and coastal views to the Atlantic Ocean from the private enclosed gardens. You will be our only guest(s) and we will not disturb you but we are on hand to provide more detailed information about our wonderful part of Cornwall if you should so wish. Ideally situated to explore Cornwall’s mining heritage at nearby Geevor Tin Mine, Levant Mine and Beam Engine and The Crown Mine engine houses at Botallack. Nearby footpaths enable you to walk and explore many ancient Neolithic sites including Chun Quoit and Tregeseal Stone Circle. We are also ideally placed to visit; St. Just. Ancient mining town just 2 miles away. Cape Cornwall (National Trust car park). Town centre shops. Ice cream parlour. Cafe's. Pubs. Fish and Chips and Chinese takeaways. Doctor's Surgery. Library. Fully tiled with large walk-in shower cubicle, electric shower, heated radiator, basin, mirror, fitted units, w.c. , extractor fan and pedal bin. Lounge-diner with two 2-seater sofas, dining table and four chairs, coffee table, t.v. fireplace with electric fire and floor/reading lamp. Hallway to kitchen with range of fitted cupboards, inset sink, electric oven with separate grill, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, microwave and toaster. Cooking equipment and utensils.
