It has a twin bedroom, an en-suite shower room and the living accommodation is all open plan with a kitchen, dining area, a sitting area and a two double sofa beds. Outside there is off road parking, lockable bike storage and shared use of the owners' rear lawned garden with furniture, a barbecue and a Koi fish pond (with safety grill over).
