The Family Room

Beautiful home in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Gateway to Sand Dunes, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone & Grand Targhee Ski Resort. Our home is just off Highway 20 & close to Hwy 33 (road leading in to Rexburg). We are just 4 miles from BYUI, right close to Walmart & plenty of eating establishments! This is a perfect place for a family! The kitchen is large & has a dishwasher. It’s also fully stocked with cooking supplies & dinnerware and disposal. There is plenty of seating available around the dining room table & the island. Family room has a smart tv with Netflix available. There are 2 queen sofa sleepers with memory foam mattresses as well as a queen air mattress upon request. Basement stays nice & cool in the summer (no air conditioning) & warm in the winter with a beautiful gas fireplace with remote. You control the fireplace. There is one bedroom right off the family room with a queen bed & closet space. The bathroom can be accessed right off the kitchen or from the bedroom. There are plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & soap. I also have an iron & ironing board that I float between my 3 units so please ask if you need it & I’ll provide that. Feel free to check out our other 2 listings! You will access the family room by going around the back of the house down in to a walkout basement where there are 3 separate units for rent. The family room unit is in the middle to the left of the 3 big windows. Keypad is on the door. There is a picnic table & chairs available for use but this is a shared space so please be considerate of others. I love to meet my guests but also respect your privacy! My family lives upstairs so I’m often available for questions on site but if not, I’m always available by phone via text, or a phone call if you prefer. I’m happy to answer any questions & want you to be comfortable during your stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood in a small town right outside of Rexburg but close to BYUI, shopping, entertainment, and plenty of restaurants. Feel free to ask me for recommendations or directions & I’ll do my best to help you! We are 4 miles from BYU Idaho and there is a bike path all the way in to Rexburg along HWY.
