Cozy Burlington Getaway w/ Private Deck & Yard

*TAKING EXTRA CARE TO DISINFECT DUE TO COVID* Welcome to our cozy Burlington getaway! Family owned (me & my husband Matt)! Home is private, spacious, & quiet. Beautiful fully-equipped kitchen, Exposed rafters, High ceilings & sunlight, Fully fenced in private yard & deck w/ propane grill, Driveway for 1 car (or 2 w/ request), Super fast Wifi, TV w/ Roku, Check in at your leisure w/ keypad code. 3 min walk to top of Church St, Battery Park, Burlington waterfront, & all downtown amenities! This private space is very clean and has all the amenities you may need. Private entrance, super clean and comfy bed, large private fenced in back yard with deck. We provide clean sheets, towels and other supplies. 1 block from downtown Burlington, The Waterfront, Parks, Church Street Marketplace. The apartment has private & exclusive use of the fenced in back yard and porch. You access the apartment from the door near the driveway directly into your private space using your personal door code (given on day of check in). I will email you the code the day of your arrival. My husband and I live nearby and can be reached should you need anything at all. We typically don't interact with guests as we are busy with our work, however we are available if anything arises or if you need anything. The house is completely renovated and has everything you will need for a comfortable enjoyable stay. We are a small community neighborhood within walking distance to all of what Burlington has to offer. Our immediate area is extremely safe and you'll have no problem leisurely walking around at night. Everything is within walking distance. The bus depot is 1 block away, UVM and the hospital are 6 blocks away. Another great option is Uber. If you have extra people or children staying, we can provide linens and blankets for extra people. We will see this when 3+ people are booked for the space. One parking space is available but we can make arrangements for 2 vehicles if necessary. If you plan on bringing your dog, we kindly ask to keep them out of the bedroom. We put down new carpeting in the bedroom that we want to keep fresh for all guests. Thank you!
