The chalet "Ferienhaus im Stadl" is located in South Tyrol in the Passeier Valley, in a small settlement in Kalmtal, a fraction of St. Martin in Passeier. Our holiday home has been lovingly integrated into a historic hay barn with round wooden block from the Passeier valley, whereby the traditional cottage envelope was connected to the modern interior. The new interior was built as a wooden house in KlimaHaus A Standard with controlled ventilation and heat recovery. The net area of ​​the holiday house is 100.1m². The holiday home has a spacious living room on the lower floor with a high quality sleeping sofa, on the upper floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. In the rear area of ​​the lower floor is an in-house sauna with separate shower and WC. The old straw lounger on the south side, is used as a terrace and invites you to sunbathing. Floorboards and furniture in natural spruce wood create a cozy atmosphere.
