Oceanclose cottage with sea-view

In scenic Grönviken lies this little gem. An oasis with only 100m to the sea. Easy to reach by road. Appr one hour drive from Sthlm or take a taxi from Skavsta airport (15 min). The house is renovated and consists of kitchen, livingroom and bathroom and one bedroom on the roof floor upstairs. Take a short walk to reach the cliffs from where you can take a swim and enjoy the view of the horizon. 10 minutes drive to Oxelösund (grocery shopping, etc). The main house is 55 square meters and consists of one flor plus a roof floor with a double bed. The bathroom is installed 1995. From the cottage there is partly view of the sea. From the wooden deck there is sun from morning to late evening. The fireplace offers cosy evenings in front of the fire. The standard is plain bit with all needed comfortability. AC installed. Obs! There is a temporary, home maid but functional stair to the roof-flor. In the little cottage (15 square meters) you can sleep three persons in a "family bunk bed" (120 cm + 90 cm). Closest food store and pizzeria is 2800 m away. Access to car is recommended. All garbage shall be taken care of according to the instruction in the cottage. Garbage can also be sorted (plastic, paper, metal and glas) and put in the different garbage bin at the recycling station. The cottage shall be cleaned before checking out, this includes the bathroom, kitchen, living room and bed-room.
