Our 85 sqm apartment is on two levels on the top floor of a beautiful old villa with wonderful old wooden floors, in Mainz-Kostheim. Historically and technically closely connected to Mainz and directly on the banks of the Rhine, Kostheim is still in the administrative area of the spa town of Wiesbaden and therefore has a share in the cultural offerings of two state capitals. The new kitchen is fully equipped, you will find a Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, oven and a spacious fridge with freezer. In the large bathroom, you can relax in the spacious corner bathtub with a view of the countryside. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. In the first bedroom you can sleep in a very comfortable double bed. A desk offers space for the laptop. In the spacious living room with SmartTV there is a comfortable seating area and another sofa. Books and travel guides as well as information material about the region are available here. From the living room it goes up the stairs to the pointed roof, the special room under the stars. Up to four people can stay here, this room is perfectly suitable for two adults and two children.
