In pochi minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il polo fieristico di Como Next, dove operano oltre sessanta aziende e start-up innovative. L'appartamento si trova in un contesto residenziale nel centro di Lomazzo dove sono presenti numerosi esercizi commerciali (ristoranti, bar, banche, negozi di generi alimentari).
