SUMMARY Villa Pacifica is the perfect Caribbean retreat for those looking for a resort location that is still close to all the off-resort activities Puerto Rico has to offer. Villa Pacifica is located within the Río Mar Resort which offers 24/7 security, access to golf, tennis, a beach, restaurants, and a community pool that is 2 minutes from the villa. Outside of the resort, you have The El Yunque National Rainforest a 10-15-minute drive away, a never-ending list of great local restaurants, and access to all the great beaches of the northeast coast of Puerto Rico. Villa Pacifica can sleep up to 2 guests in 1 king bed. Villa Pacifica includes 4 personal golf carts to easily explore the resort grounds. You will absolutely love the breeze and serenity the Villa has to offer. Please note guests are not authorized to use Wyndham Hotel amenities and facilities. Nonetheless, guests only have access to the Iguana's Cocina Puertoriqueña Restaurant, Hotel Casino & Spa with prior reservations. LIVING AREAS Enter Villa Pacifica and you are greeted by the spacious living and dining area that seamlessly connects to the kitchen and private balcony. All the social areas of the home enjoy beautiful palm trees and golf course views. There is a flat-screen TV with cable and Roku in the living area to enjoy relaxing entertainment at the villa. There is plenty of breeze if you decide to open up the beautiful green windows that surround the villa. There is AC for those who prefer a cooler environment. The private balcony has a comfortable seating area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the sunrise. It also has a 4-person dining table great for breakfast with a view or evening happy hour. There is WiFi throughout the villa. BEDROOMS Villa Pacifica is a 1 bedroom villa. The master bedroom has a king bed, a full bathroom, AC unit, cable TV, a closet, and a full bathroom. KITCHEN Villa Pacifica has a cozy and comfortable kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. There is a great bistro table that seats two perfect to enjoy your morning coffee/tea or relax while preparing the supper. There is also access to the balcony from the dining area which you can open to allow the breeze in while cooking or enjoying a home-cooked meal. There is also a 4-person outdoor dining table in case you want to enjoy dinner outside. AMENITIES The Villa includes 2 parking spots. The villa is a short distance to the gorgeous community pool with a gazebo and charcoal BBQs. The pool, gazebo, and BBQs are included with the stay. Rio Mar Resort also offers a Spa, Golf Courses, and large tennis facilities which are available on a pay-per-use basis. There is a gorgeous beach within the resort and the villa includes beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cooler for your beach trips. THE NEIGHBORHOOD There are many things to do in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. Here are our top picks that you will be sure to enjoy during your stay: Explore the lush and exotic El Yunque, the only rainforest under US Flagship. We can help you plan a hike or participate in a zip-line adventure. Experience the glowing waters on a nightly kayak tour in the bioluminescent bay in Fajardo. Taste the local flavors at the staple kiosks in nearby Luquillo – right next to the beach. Go on a horseback or four track ride off the beaten path in Carabali Rainforest Park. Play a round of golf at the neighboring nearby courses like Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club in Rio Grande or El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo. GETTING AROUND We strongly recommend having your own vehicle as there are a multitude of activities within a 30-minute drive that you will not want to miss out on. Also, the Río Mar community is an extensive one which means that you will still need a car if you want to grab a meal at their various restaurants, go to the casino, or get to the tennis courts and golf course. AMENITIES: West Indies strives to deliver top notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. HOUSE RULES Check-in time is at 4:00pm Check-out time is at 11:00am NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property. All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess, stained towels/linens will be charged.
