The structure is located in the seaside area of San Leone a few kilometers from Agrigento, the Valley of the Temples and the Scala dei Turchi. A 5 minute drive you can reach the shopping area of Villaggio Mosè, full of shops, supermarkets, bars / restaurants. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one in the bedroom), living room, kitchen-living room, laundry room equipped with household cleaning products and a dressing room. It is equipped with linen, utensils and dishes for the kitchen In the outer space there is the  pool (open from June 25th to September 15th) 2 terraces and parking space. It is possible to easily reach the free beach on foot, or take advantage of the services offered by the equipped beaches. The villa is equipped with a video surveillance system.
