Two-roomed Camelia, delightful apartment with sea view

APARTMENT: The two-roomed apartment of mq. 45 is on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two persons, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower. Two-roomed apartment has a sea-view terrace of sqm. 15 furnished with table and chairs and another terrace overlooking the garden of sqm. 12. The apartment is equipped with TV and free Wi-Fi while the washing machine is on the ground floor available to all tenants. Kitchen, bed and bathroom linen are not provided, the only exception is for stays of less than a week or for guests arriving by plane. In this case you can request it for a fee. LOCATION: The villa is at the end of the Villa Rosa Lungomare, in a quiet area, away from city traffic but connected to Alba Adriatica with a pedestrian and bicycle pedestrian bridge that is next to the Villa. BEACH: The beach is a few tens of meters, accessible on foot, equipped with a seaside resort with bar and restaurant, parasols, children's playground, whirlpool and solarium. The bathing establishment accepts the dogs both on the beach and at lunch by providing the bowls. Next to the equipped beach there is also a free beach part that the town of Martinsicuro has dedicated to our 4-legged friends the beach "Bau Beach". SHOPS AND ENTERTAINMENTS: Just past the bridge there is a playground for children and a beautiful seafront with Seaside Establishments and shops for daily necessities. RECEPTION AND SUPPORT: During the summer period I reside on the ground floor of the villa to welcome and support guests during their stay.
