3 room suite with breakfast facilities in home

one bedroom has a double bed with a full private bath attached, and there is a breakfast room (containing a single bed) available in another adjoining room, in a big Victorian house on a residential street 7 minutes walk from downtown Northampton and 3 minutes walk from Smith College. the photo pictures the single bed in the breakfast room, but there's a double in the guest room. the rooms are spacious and bright. The space includes a bedroom with private bathroom and adjoining room with breakfast supplies (fridge, toaster oven, electric hot water pot, bread, milk, tea coffee, fruit, etc). for additional bedrooms a $40 fee per room is charged. i'm available by phone, will be here to greet you if possible, and am glad to help with information about the area. i am flexible and hope to be able to provide a space that works well for you. the public bus stop is a 5 minute walk away.
