The flat is situated on the 2. floor There is a kitchen a diner a separated toilet and bathroom with step in shower, one living room and a bedroom. There is a double bed160x200 in the living room which is suitable for 2 adults. There is a bedroom with 2 sofa bed for 1 or 2 person each. Easy to use. They are very comfy (from IKEA). There is an unlimited high speed wifi and satelite broadband available for free with some Spanish, English, Russian German mainly news channels and also with many sport channels (Hungarian speaking). All the necessary equipment can be found in the apartment like dishwasher, washing machine, drier, hoover, hairdryer, 2 Flat screen TV (49" and 32" one of them smart so possible to connect your smartphone with youtube), 2 AC (cooling and heating option), electric oven, gas cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, electrical blinders on every windows which operated by remote controller. There are also mosquito nets so easy to get some fresh air without the hassle of the insects. It is only 7 minutes appr. 0.5 km. Here is concentrating some of the most fabulous pubs, bars, cafes, restaurants ie. Maláta, John Bull Pub, Roosvelt téri halászcsárda just to name a few. Also the main walking and shopping street - Kárász utca - can be found here with Subway and McDonalds. The University library and congress center just 250 meters away and the University Clinic is also in walking distance only 850 meters. There is a good public transportation system. The tramstop is situated only 100 meters from the apartment. It is easy to reach the Central Bus station and also the Train station also by tram. The house is situated close to the University Campus. There is a constant vibe because of the many students whose are coming from many different part of the World.
