Brick Victorian home well-maintained located the north end of providence, the unit has a private entrance with keyless pad, house is quiet and Tastefully decorated microwave,toaster oven and frig, living room has a relax couch with a pull out air mattress that's very comfortable, television with Netflix and privacy from the bedroom if necessary ,the bedroom has comfortable full bed, built-in desk with chair and basic tv with Netflix bathroom is located in the bedroom,new shower with rain head. House is over a 100 yrs old has been well-maintained it located in a commercial residential area in Providence on the north side, we recently decided to host,for the last several years we have used airbnb services as guesses,so we decided we have the space to host,with that said we have used our experiences as a guest and thought about how and what could have made our stay at these locations more enjoyable and relaxing,and tried to incorporate it into our space for our guest's from the Decor to the cleanliness,as well as comfort with total privacy is what our location,and services provide for our guest's experiences.. Guess can have access to washer and dryer if there stay is more than 3 days,there a mahagony picnic table and bench in the back of the home recently custom made from recyclable material from a deck, guess may use the area to have there morning coffee or meals during there stay,there are pear trees and other scrubs accenting the picnic table for some outdoor ambience as well as a manicured lawn. Guess unit is private,any questions or situations we are only a quick phone call away,having traveled to quite a few destinations,and utilize the same airbnb services, we know how important it is to feel comfortable when traveling,being mindful of that,we will always put your comfort first so feel free to reach out for whatever is required, we will be glad to contribute to you having a successful stay.. Overall living here for 17 years quiet friendly Multicultural area,we are located 10 mins ride from Browne university, and Johnson wales, 5 minutes ride to Providence Place Mall,twin river casino,and federal hill world-renowned Restaurants,walkin distance of 2 mins to italian bakery, 3 mins walk to Pl fornello Authentic Italian restaurant,and Copacabana Authentic Columbian Restaurant,8 mins walk to Walgreens and traditional american Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant,and right outside the house parked on the sidewalk randomly there are electric bikes by Uber for Rent to anyone.. The location of the property is on a main road with public transportation if you have a car it would be even better because all the major markets restaurants and entertainment places are at least a five to ten minute ride away, Uber and Lyft is a option,there are also random Uber electric bikes on the side walk for rent throughout the area, and we will be able to provide rides when available for a fee as well.
