The kitchen is very well equipped (with dishwasher). Also located on this level two bedrooms, a large bathroom (shower, toilet, two hand basins, washing machine) and a further guest bathroom. About the Grand Gallery to get to the upper floor where two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink are available. Accommodation in the mountains and lake view: The house is situated at an altitude of about 200 meters and 120 meters above Lake Maggiore. The area is officially classified as a high alpine region.
