Beachside holiday home, extensive sea views, private garden and parking

The Net Loft has lovely sea and countryside views and is warmed in winter by a log burner and night storage heaters. It has a large living area and 3 bedrooms and retains original features. Portmellon is a small beach community, with a family friendly pub serving local beer and family meals. 15 minutes walk away is Mevagissey, a 14th century working Cornish fishing village. With its fishing boats, shops, galleries and restaurants lining the narrow cobbled streets, it provides a taste of the real Cornwall. The Net Loft is on the top floor of a pre Napoleonic building. The building is set into a cliff and there is a climb up into the property from the private sea facing garden at the front making it unsuitable for those with limited mobility. The garden is lovely for children and dogs but they must be supervised at all times as it is not fully secure i.e. there is a drop to the lane below. To secure it would mean loss of views.
