Your vacation object: The Holiday apartment is located on a 560 sqm and an enclosed garden property with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. Smoking is allowed in front of the house (covered) and on the terrace. The owner lives permanently in the house. Relax outdoor at the terrace with parasol and garden furniture. For the quick cooling you can use the garden shower. Barbecue possibilities are available. Please order children chair and cot at booking. The common used pool area is open from mid of May until mid of September and offers an outdoor pool (diameter 4.8 m, depth 1.2 m). Your holiday apartment: Your holiday apartment offers 2 floors, 2 rooms, is 45 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. Underfloor heating on the ground floor. The apartment has been rated 4 stars by the German Tourism. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the ground floor and leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. Computer in the corridor. The rooms are divided as follows:Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at folding bed (appropriate only for children under 16 years) and TV. Kitchen with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. 1st floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 single beds and TV. In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Pets: nicht erlaubt.
