We've always cleaned thoroughly between stays & now also disinfect all surfaces such as handles, light switches etc. Jersey is extremely safe and has consistently had one of the lowest Covid-rates in Europe All arriving passengers get a free test with results by SMS. The Island is nearly fully back to normal - most bars, restaurants & shops are open. Full details are available on the Jersey Government website - please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Interior-designed 1-Bed (+ generous sofa-bed) Apartment in a 400-year old townhouse in idyllic St Aubin, on the famous cobbled High St. Less than a minute's walk from Restaurants, Bars, Cafes and the harbour, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. Whether visiting Jersey for work or for fun, St Aubin is the ideal location. We have fantastic food and drink and are located exactly half-way between the airport and St Helier. Minutes from St Brelade's College. Super-fast fibre broadband internet. This is a private flat within an historic house in the heart of St Aubin's village. There is a sitting-room with a TV & net flix, amazon prime and a comfortable sofa bed. Although there are dozens of great places to eat out, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a Smeg hob and double-oven and a breakfast table. We leave tea, ground Illy coffee, bread, Jersey milk and Jersey butter for you on arrival. Through the hall-way past is the bathroom, stocked with plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Next is the extremely spacious bedroom with a huge king-size bed and hotel-quality linens for a great night's sleep. Guests have full use of a separate, private apartment on the ground floor, with a living room, kitchen / breakfast room, bathroom and large bedroom. There is also shared use of the front garden, with a table and chairs. Please note that if there are just two of you planning to stay and you'd like us make up the sofa-bed as well as the main bed, please book for 3 guests as there's a small extra charge. We are in the house throughout and happy to offer recommendations and help with restaurant bookings - we know the best walks and places to visit - please just ask! GREAT location for eating out - less than a few minutes walk from: Bracewells, The Salty Dog, Murrays, The Boat House, Nude Food on the Beach, The Spice House, The Old Court House, Bon Viveur, The Lazin Lizard, Seafish Cafe, Noya Shapla, La Belle Gourmande, The Harbour View, DL's at The Harbour Gallery, Mellow Yellow, Pedros, the Tenby - oh and there's a Costa. Easy to get to town (St Helier) and the airport - on the main bus-route for both. There is free on-street parking with about 250 metres - ask for details. There's also nearby bike hire and a tourist train to town. The flat does not have any specific child-safety measures so is not suitable or insured for children between walking age and 12 years old. We have a Red Kite travel cot for pre-toddlers.
