Ideal for families, seniors or business people.     On the edge of the village, you reach the spiral staircase down to the basement apartment with separate entrance. A spacious entrance with wardrobe welcomes you. The modern, open kitchen with dishwasher is located together with the living room, from which the large balcony is accessed via an easy-open sliding door. The wet room consists of a shower, toilet and sink. Three bedrooms are optionally available: a master bedroom with two mattresses 90cm width, a bedroom with a queen bed, 160cm width with integrated wet room (toilet, sink and shower) and a small children's room with bunk beds, 2x190 x 80cm mattresses. On request, the second wet room can be rented with, must be registered. Payment on the spot. This applies to less than 4 paying persons. One storey lower lies the play lawn. There is also the possibility to use washing machine and tumbler. Internet access (new & fast) is free. The nearby Mineral Spa Unterrechstein can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes on foot. Additional costs: Electricity: once per object included in the price (compulsory). Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of CHF 100 (mandatory).
