Old Tea Factory - East House

The Old Tea Factory is composed of three independent houses with outdoor space, East House (1BDR), Middle House (3BDR) and West House (2BDR), each house has an outdoor space shared with garden, swimming pool and laundry. This Casa de Campo, where a tea factory operated in the last century, is located on the top of a cliff above the sea, with the highest peak of São Miguel on its back. It was restored in order to provide a modern and comfortable environment, with a garden, swimming pool and an unforgettable sunset. East House has 1 bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and a private outdoor area overlooking the sea. The house is equipped with a wood burning stove, air conditioning, Smart TV and wifi. The Kitchenette has a fridge with freezer, microwave with grill, kettle, hand blender. There is also a grill available for your barbecues We have a baby cot and a highchair for your baby. It shares the garden, the pool, the laundry and the parking with the other houses.
