Urbane Elegance in Szeged

Welcome to my newly renovated classic but modern flat. The apartment itself is very spacious due to the 3.5 meter high ceiling throughout. This is very traditional to the style of the building itself since it was built in 1935. The flat itself is very modern and elegant but it gives you the warm feeling of home across 100 square meters. No children under 16 years old allowed. Located near the tisza river you can feel the cold breeze the water brings. Not only that but you are located in the heart of the city in a quiet and secluded street. In the time span of 2 minutes walking you have a grocery store which is open 24/7, a gym, Novotel Hotel which serves great breakfast, and the very well know Z-Nagy bakery for all your sweet filled cravings. In Szeged there are two bathes one of them being located 5 minutes away by foot. The other on is 10 minutes away, you just need to cross the bridge. The building itself has a big and cozy yard accessible to anybody who wishes to use it during the day. Parking is available on the street and you will always be able to find a parking spot but costs money during the weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Although for those who want to store their beloved vehicle space with a roof I have a garage available 350 meters away from the flat. There is an additional charge of 2000 Ft/ night. The location is so great that you can literally get to anywhere by foot in less than 15 minutes. Although if you don’t feel like walking the tram/ bus stop is located right in-front of the house.
