Located in the hamlet of Etival, in the Natura 2000 area and backed by the forest of La Grande Charnie, our gite was completely restored in 2019. This very old house, formerly included in the perimeter of an abbey, comprises 2 levels for a living area of 120 m². The beds will be made on your arrival and you will have: - On the ground floor a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living room and a bedroom (twin beds of 80) with private bathroom, separate WC . - Upstairs: a master bedroom (twin beds of 80, child's bed, private bathroom), another bedroom with bunk beds of 90 and 2 other single beds of 90. Between these 2 bedrooms, a large fitted mezzanine in the recreation room for children and adults (reading, TV, games) with 2 extra beds. Separate shower room, separate WC. The accesses and the ground floor are designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility. The south facade opens onto a terrace, enclosed land with trees. We can accommodate riders and their mounts (meadow in front of the gîte). During your stay, you can enjoy the calm of this place steeped in history, take pleasant walks around the cottage or go into the forest for long hikes (maps with recommended routes). Discover the beautiful villages of the surroundings such as Sainte Suzanne, Brulon, Asnières sur Vègre or the prehistoric caves of Saulges. Visit Old Mans, the circuit and the 24-hour museum. Spend a day at Sillé Le Guillaume for relaxation or more sporting activities. Equipment: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster... Internet: access in wifi mode (fibre) with access limit. Outside: terrace with table and chairs, barbecue, games, table tennis. Optional: end of stay cleaning and towels.
