This is a spacious accommodation with all the amenities you require for your vacation. Note: Both PCR & Lateral Flow Tests can be done on property. The apartment, nestling next to the Historic estate house is a beautiful setting within a private estate, but still only a 10 min walk to the town below. A truly unique place to watch beautiful sunsets and unwind. Soufriere Estate has been an integral part of Soufriere for hundreds of years. Soufriere Estate was originally part of a 2,000 acre grant given to three Devaux brothers from France by King Louis XIII in 1713. The residence is a self contained private apartment attached to the main house. Living Area The apartment is quite large and we accommodate one guest / couple at a time. The living area is a spacious 21ft x 24ft, furnished with traditional cane and wood furniture. - 5ft Dining room table - The living room contains three comfortable sofas, two easy chairs and matching coffee table. - 28 Inch flat screen TV with digital channels - Two ceiling fans with variable speeds. Kitchenette The kitchenette is galley style and set off from the living area and is equipped with modern utilities. All laundry is done by the service staff. The kitchen has been pre-stocked with a “starter pack” of grocery items. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements you may have. - Modern 4 Burner gas cooker with Oven. - Fridge / Freezer. - Microwave / Kettle/ Toaster/ - All utensils / crockery / pots etc Master Bedroom including Seating Area - The Master Bedroom is 12ft x 24ft with King Size Bed and ensuite facilities. Electricity - Voltage is 240v 50Hz throughout the apartment. Sockets / Plugs are UK style 3 pin. There is also a step down transformer( 240v down to 110v) in the lounge which has two pin sockets US style. Rental Includes: - Housekeeping. Including all Linen, Bathroom and Beach Towels etc - Free Entry into Diamond Botanical Gardens and Waterfall with private bathing in the hot spring therapeutic baths. - Cell phone with starter credit. - Other electrical items include Hair Dryer, UK / US adapters, Iron and Board. Optional Chargeable Extras: Lunch / Dinner provided. Spa / Massage Treatments I will be available 24/7. Guests are also given a Cell phone with credit for ease of communication day or night. Soufriere is normally a quiet town with things getting busier over the weekends. The people are friendly and very welcoming. Local Attractions: - Diamond Botanical Gardens and Warm Mineral Baths (Free Entry and bathing for our guests), - Sulphur Springs and Drive through Volcano, - Tet Paul Nature Trail, - Gros Piton, - Morne Coubaril, - Rain Forest Hikes Local Activities include: - Scuba Diving, - Snorkeling, - Whale Watching, - Jungle Mountain Biking, - Zip Lining, - Bird Watching within the estate. - Deep Sea Fishing, - Photographic Tours available with a Professional Photographer, Local buses provide the majority of the transport to the major towns and villages. Please note there is no direct bus service from the airport to Soufriere. We recommend to all guests to arrive by Taxi which I can help arrange. I can also organise Car or Jeep rental for you/recommended. Buses do not run on Sundays or Public Holidays. - Guests have unrestricted and private access to the estate grounds which compromises of over 6 Acres. - The Old Mill Restaurant & Bar is open annually from October through to April.
