The ground floor has 2 separate living spaces for everyone to enjoy. There is a sunny family room with a wood burning stove and a cosy sitting room with an open fire place. The well equipped kitchen has a separate dining room complete with a wood burning stove. Perfect for lingering after a lazy breakfast or family dinner. Outside, there is a south facing garden - great for relaxing on a summer's day. There is also a dedicated parking space for one car. Just a stone's throw away there is the local pub, 'The Tors' which is the heart of the village. Weekends offer afternoon tea in the local tearoom. You may be lucky to catch an event at the Village Hall or Belstone cricket match at the local cricket grounds. Lastly, there is plenty of walking with the Belstone Tor and the Nine Sisters stone circle nearby. Okehampton is less than 2 miles away and is the closest town with shops (Waitrose, Coop, Boots), cafes and restaurants, family recreation and entertainment (cinema and pool) and local services (medical services, post office).
