This is a lower level walk-out bungalow with approx. 1750 square feet, private entrance and a covered patio for outdoor lounging. Complimentary WiFi, cable tv, laundry and parking is included. This home is on a double lot with the large back yard dedicated as private use for guests. Minutes to downtown, the location is perfect for anyone visiting the area! This space has been fully renovated to meet today's desire for modern and fresh spaces. The kitchen has full size appliances and a walk-in pantry for those who are staying for a while. Bathrooms are clean and modern with walk-in showers. The private back yard provides a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy. The entire unit is self-contained with a private entrance. Self check-in makes it easy for guests regardless of when you are due to arrive. Arriving in the dark? We have automatic lighting that will help guide you safely to the entrance. We ensure there are also lights left on inside to welcome you. Our living space is on the upper level making us available at almost any time to answer questions during your stay. We are located approximately 1.5 blocks from a bus stop if you require public transit. Parking is available for 2 large or 3 regular size vehicles on site. Parking is in a shared driveway with half the driveway provided to guests. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1750 square feet, this space easily accommodates our maximum of 6 guests. This said the space cannot accommodate extra beds such as inflatable mattresses. The bedrooms, while spacious, do not have enough room for these items.
