Beautiful studio, 2 beds, 70m2, garden, in center!

This studio is located in center of Valkenswaard. It is renovated in 2017, and about 70 m2! So it is quite huge for an Airbnb place. It has 2 lazy couches /sofa beds , a cool bar to have your breakfast or coffee, 8 person dining table. A full equipped kitchen, including oven, microwave, stove. In the bathroom is a shower, toilet, and a washing machine. You can relax in the garden, and enjoy a BBQ. Big indoor parking of car is available. In just 2 min walking, you are in center Markt. Location is very central in Valkenswaard and a very roomy place including a nice relaxing garden. The garden has a big covered patio, so even in the rain you can sit outside or BBQ. I have no cable TV, but do have a beamer. You can connect your laptop to it and watch your own movies etc on a big screen! I also added a TV and Apple-TV, so if you have Netflix account you can login from apple TV. Valkenswaard has a lot to offer, from cozy restaurants to beautiful nature such as nature in Malpie, and old Watermills that you can visit. It is a great area to explore on bicycle. Eindhoven is just 10 km away and also Antwerp is less than 1 hr by car. You have access to Garden, covered patio and indoor parking for your bikes or car. The upper floor of the apartment is for my personal use and is not available for guests. Please Note: I will not stay myself in Valkenswaard when i have Airbnb guests. You have entire ground floor for yourself which is approx 70 square meters. I also have a beamer available, to project movies from your laptop onto the wall using internet. Furthermore, a good stereo set is available. Play your music from phone by 3.5 mm Audio jack. You can watch Netflix via Your laptop. Please note: no cable tv available. I am a lot abroad, can answer questions quickly and easily by phone/app. I also have a co-host available for your support. Really downtown in Valkenswaard, close to Central Market square and also 5 km from Belgium border. Eindhoven is 10-12 km from Valkenswaard and 25 min by bus. 25 min from Eindhoven, easily public transportation using the Hermes bus. Bus stop is around the corner, at the Market. Parking of a car inside the garage is no problem. For families with young babys: I have one crib and a high chair for kids until approx 2-3 years old available.
