A self-catering property in Kirkwall recently refurbished to a very high standard. The property comprises a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin room with two single beds, a shower room, a comfortable living room and a well-equipped kitchen. Two days are left between each booking for COVID cleaning protocols. The property has off-street parking. We've tried to make the property like a home from home, with lots of additional little touches. There is a handmade picnic bench in the garden to enjoy the long summer nights. A washer-dryer is available, along with an outdoor drying green and ironing facilities. You also have use of the shed to securely store bikes, outdoor boots, fishing equipment etc. We provide a picnic set, cool bag, ice packs and Thermos flask so you're all set for a day out exploring Orkney. We'll do our best to assist with any special requests you may have. We will meet you at the property when you arrive, and live only a few minutes away so are on hand if you have any questions during your stay. The property is on a quiet residential street, and is a 10 minute walk from the main street. There are 2 independent grocery shops close to the property supplying a variety of local produce. Kirkwall has 3 supermarkets if you need to do a "big shop"! 3 miles from Kirkwall Airport 2.5 miles from NorthLink Ferries - Kirkwall Terminal 15 miles from NorthLink Ferries - Stromness Terminal 15 miles from Pentland Ferries Terminal
