Spacious New Apartment in the Town Centre

In the heart of České Budějovice, yet quiet and cozy. That is how you can now spend your time in this beautiful town. A brand new apartment in a 500 years old building after a complete reconstruction, with a sunlit terrace on the courtyard side. Just a few steps away from the unique town square, 13th century monastery and everything you are visiting České Budějovice for - historical sites, great food and beer. Location location location! With the town centre literally at your doorstep, you will find yourself in a quiet oasis suited for whichever type of a traveller you may be. The apartment is accessible from a staircase which is located in the courtyard (the second apartment, which is underneath, has a separate entrance from the front of the building). Please be aware that the apartment is located on a higher second floor without an elevator. You can always reach out for help or assistance to me or my parents, one of us will meet you at your arrival. The house is a walkable distance from the train and bus stations and a few public transport stops. Parking is possible in public parking areas, for example on the main square or by the near by swimming pool. The parking fees usually apply Monday to Friday from 8:00 until 18:00, and on Saturdays from 8:00 until 12:00 (midday). Please contact me for more detailed information about parking options.
