Fire pit (please supply your own wood), hammock, passive solar panels, etc, located outside. Guests have access to every room inside, and all spaces outside of the house. Guests may use kitchen appliances, smart television (no cable), dvd player, full and half bathrooms, laundry, deck, driveway, and yard. Closet/dresser space is available with advanced notice. Do not go through drawers/cabinets (besides bathroom, kitchen, and laundry) or use personal items (musical instruments, sports, etc) without advanced permission. Thermostat range: heat 58-72, cool 65-80. Check-in time is flexible but must be agreed upon in advance if before listed time. Parties or events not allowed. This listing is for private rental of the entire property. I may not be available in person, but am reachable via email/phone/texts. When possible, advanced notice will be given for lawn mowing and emergency maintenance. Great, safe neighborhood with mature trees, wonderful neighbors and easy access to just about everything you could want. There are several grocery stores, a shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants within two miles. Two blocks to local bus stop. One mile to Route 30. Two miles to downtown, Franklin & Marshall College, Park City Mall. Three miles to Route 283 or Amtrak train station. Five miles to Millersville University. Eight miles to Spooky Nook sports complex. Less than 45 minutes to Harrisburg, Hershey, Reading, York. 1.5 hours to Baltimore, 2 hours to Philadelphia, 3 hours to New York City. This property is my home. The second bedroom is my son's when we do not have guests. It has a queen size bed and a desk with chair. The house is kept clean and tidy, but there are expected imperfections throughout the property. In addition to the two upstairs queen beds, guests are also welcome to sleep on the large sleeper sofa (IKEA Friheten) in the living room and the small sleeper sofa (IKEA Solsta) in the dining room. Please use linens (provided). The smaller one may not be suitable for adults.
