With the "Hyggelig-Haus", we have created a place where you can feel at home. And in 4km only, you might reach Limburg, in 10 minutes the ICE! Welcome to Your "Hyggelig-Haus"! A "hyggelig" way of living - this trend is currently on everyone's lips ... but actually we already knew that everyone likes to have most homely surroundings- especially when you are far away from home, right? With the Hyggelig House, we created a place like this in 2016 - a place where you feel at home and might look forward to return to as much as looking forward to activities in exciting surroundings. The Hyggelig-Haus is like staying with friends. EQUIPMENT Your "Hyggelig-Haus" is very high quality and furnished with great attention to detail. The house offers two seperate, individually furnished apartments with cuddly 90sqm each: One flat called "Hill" in the 2nd Floor and another called "Valley" in the 1st Floor with direct access to the terrace. (THIS AD IS FOR FLAT "Hill") - All living rooms are equipped with real wood parquet - The flat has two (!) fully-fledged bedrooms with a double bed and a French bed for sweet dreams of up to 4 People - On demand, up to 2 additional rollaway beds can be installed in the spacious 25sqm living room (no walk-through-room!) - You get a wonderful large living / dining room with a big flat screen TV, DVD player and HiFi-system. And in order to allow you to relax with a glass of tea or red wine straight away, we have also prepared a collection of exciting books, DVDs and magazines - The state-of-the-art kitchen with all the necessary equipment will make all your wishes come true, especially when the dishwasher is doing the washing up for you.... ... while you are taking a relaxing bubble bath in the bathtub of your wellness bath with daylight - With the free WLAN connection you might surf on the Internet from each room without any problems - A parking lot and, upon request, a garage space for cars, motorbikes, stroller are at your disposal - The washing machine will do the laundry for you - On the 8 sqm balcony you might sit comfortably wrapped in a blanket, and watch the sunset ... or enjoy your breakfast. - Your 30sqm terrace with the adjoining garden is perfect for grilling or to have a relaxed finish of the day - For your children, we will gladly provide a travel cot and a high chair Just have a look at our pictures - yes, that´s how it really looks like in the "Hyggelig-Haus"! From the roof window you have a picturesque view over the surrounding villages and can even look up to the famous Cathedral of Limburg. - Limburg an der Lahn with its beautiful historic old town and the famous Limburg Cathedral is only 4 km away. - Various shopping possibilities, public transport connections and inviting gastronomy, from the snack bar up to the good restaurant are within walking distance - The nearby park with children's playground, mini golf course and the café "Nussbaum" can be reached by a nice 500m-walk - The ICE station with fast connections to Wiesbaden, Cologne, Frankfurt ... can be reached in 10 minutes. And the ICE takes you to the airport Frankfurt within18 minutes or to the Fashion Outlet Center Montabaur within 8 minutes.
