In the typical ancient Aeolian village of Acquacalda di Lipari, at the bottom of the town, in the quiet and panoramic area called San Gaetano, we offer housing solutions of various sizes and types, independent houses and apartments a few steps from the beach. The houses are tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts. All the houses have sea view and are equipped with terraces. The beach below is no more than 30 meters away. The long beach of Acquacalda has also been awarded this year, as in previous years, with the blue flag by the FEE, Foundation for Environmental Education, which has the aim, worldwide, of disseminate good environmental practices, through multiple education, training and information activities for sustainability. ERICUSSA is a small ground floor apartment consisting of two adjoining but independent rooms and two terraces overlooking Salina, Panarea and Stromboli. From the main rear entrance, you enter the bedroom with two single beds which can be joined into a double bed. The room is tastefully furnished and complete with wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror. At the service of the same there is a full bathroom with shower and bidet. The room overlooks a covered terrace, furnished with deck chairs and with a view towards Salina. From this terrace you access the second covered and furnished terrace with dining area and service area complete with washing machine and sink. On the latter there is a living room / kitchen furnished with a kitchen wall complete with all appliances (including a dishwasher), a sofa, a small console table and a piece of furniture with satellite TV. The two rooms are connected only externally. There are both air conditioning and ceiling fans. The two terraces have views of the island of Salina and are served by Wi-Fi. The beach below can be reached via a short staircase (20mt).
