New fresh and comfortable 1-4 persons

My house is in a quiet and peaceful place in the outskirts of Gottsunda in an area with townhouses. It is located six km from the city center and there are excellent bus lines with buses at least every ten minutes. It takes ten minutes to walk to Gottsunda Centrum where there are several shops, restaurants and pharmacies. My place is not far from SLU and Universitetsdjursjukhuset. The guests have the second floor completely by themself. There are two rooms with two beds in each room. In room number one there are two single beds, but it is possible to make it a double bed without difficulties. I have one big mattress to put on the beds. In room number two the second bed is up on the loft so you have to be able to climb the stairs to get there. The bathroom upstairs is only used by the guests. If you are the only guest you have the bathroom by yourself, if there are guests in the other room you share the bathroom with them. The house is close to Arlanda airport, only 30 minutes by car. If the dates are blocked there might sometimes still be an opportunity to rent. Contact me so we can discuss it. You are wellcome to use the well equipped kitchen and also sit outside in the porch in front of the house in the summertime. You can also use the spacious hallway outside the rooms. I live in the house and will be able to help the guests at anytime. I own the house and it is not a condominium (bostadsrätt). It is located in a quiet and peaceful area with excellent transportations to the center and to other places in Uppsala as for example SLU in Ulltuna. The house is close to two wonderful nature areas, Gottsundagipen and Hågadalen. It is possible to park a car nearby the house.
