Middle Farm Villa, is set in a beautiful rural area of Northamptonshire. Offering plenty of countryside walking and points of historical interest to visitors. Positioned on the village green directly opposite the pub, great for food or a quick drink. Perfect for business or pleasure. Only a 5 minute drive from the new Rushden Lakes Shopping and Leisure Centre Middle Farm Villa is a small, friendly family run Bed and Breakfast. Well behaved pets and cyclists welcome. We have two beautiful double ensuite bedrooms separated with a communal dining room. In the dining room we have a toaster, fridge and microwave. At the weekends this is where we serve our delicious full English breakfasts - or healthier alternatives! The accommodation is housed separate from the main house in a converted 18th century barn it has it's own entrance and dedicated off road parking. The guests are free to come and go at all hours, they are welcome to access the garden, weather permitting! We have been running a B&B for 13 years so we have experience and good local knowledge. Our accommodation complies with fire regulations and has a five star rating for food hygiene. There is no public transport, we will often give guests a free lift to local venue so they can get taxi back, allowing safe parking of their car at accommodation.
