Very quiet 1st floor apartment in historic farm house. Just outside the busy market town of Cloppenburg and close to nature reserve and lake Thuelsfelder Talsperre. The large flat has been newly built in 2021 and offers views across the fields and meadows. Inside, all the modern comforts and a cosy queensize boxspring bed are waiting for you. Ideal for nature lovers and bikers! It is not unusual to see wildlife on the lawn in the morning. The house is surrounded by old oak trees and a garden. The house is on the edge of the tiny village of Vahren, just outside Cloppenburg, which has superb shopping facilities. The distance to the centre of Cloppenburg is 5 km, lake Thuelsfelde is 15 km away and the well known holiday village Dwergte 8km. Directly on our doorstep are meadows and fields, nice walking opportunities. 800m to the edge of the forest. The region is ideal for biking and is signposted with the junction system (maps and guides in the flat). Free parking on the premises. Use of the garden and outdoor furniture included. Barbecue on request. The sofa corner can be used as extra bed for up to two children. There is no WiFi, but mobile reception is good. Please park your car in front of the garage. You are not blocking anyone there. Just 800 m to the edge of the forest, the house is surrounded by large oak trees and a garden. The pretty village of Vahren consists of working farms. Around Cloppenburg, you may visit ancient megalith graves or just enjoy the rural landscape and wildlife. Please park your car in front of the garages. Don’t worry, there is no car inside which you might block. Underneath the trees the car might get dirty from falling leaves, sticks or bird droppings. The premises have no fence. The road that runs alongside the house is quiet and rarely used. The next neighbours are several hundred metres away. The house is surrounded by meadows and agricultural fields which may cause noise and smells intermittently. There are no other dogs or pets that belong to the house. But the neighbour’s dog comes along with his owner regularly to check ;) The flat is on the first floor and can only be reached via a staircase which is quite steep. Please take extra caution with small children and dogs.
