This house has an open social area to the swimming pool, it has an excellent room distribution so it can host up to 15 people in 5 different rooms. The first room has a double bed, 2 single ones and a private bathroom; the second one has 3 single beds and an outside bathroom; the third one has a double bed, a single bed and a private bathroom; the fourth one has 4 single beds and a bathroom and the las room has a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a billiard table and a BBQ. Casa Tucana is located in Potrerito de Nilo, an exclusive condominium located just outside of Nilo, Cundinamarca, about 3 hours from Bogot by car. This exclusive house is great for nature lovers. Potrerito has its own lake for waterskiing; as well as tennis courts (with lights), clubhouse, volleyball and lakefront beach. Its a great place for children and families and private. One of only 30 houses in the condominium, Casa Tucana is set back from the main road in a spacious lot with swimming pool and a great garden for football and other sports. There are five bedrooms, each generous in size with private bathroom. All of the bathrooms at Casa Tucana have been recently remodeled. Some of the bedrooms can sleep up to 6 people if necessary.
