Ruzanna's Bed & Breakfast

Ruzanna's Bed & Breakfast is a cozy, antique and warm-hearted home. It has been built 220 years ago on a street that used to be called Millioni street which belonged to a millionaire with all its houses. The owner was sent to Gulag camps during Soviet days and later this house was bought by my grandfather. For decades, all the newcomers to the town lived at least one or two day in this house. even later this house was always open in front of all guests and relatives. Today we run it as a B&B. Ruzanna's Bed & Breakfast is your home away from your home. This is a place where you will have a chance to meet local people, their way of living, experience Armenian hospitality, have yummy homemade food, get help with planning your entire trip and breath the mildest and freshest air on Armenia. Guests are welcome to use the balcony as a common place where you can have your morning coffee and enjoy the nature. They are welcome to use the living room and watch TV and socialize with owners. They can use the parking area, etc. If something else is needed, please do not hesitate to ask for. We are very open-minded. If guests need help with organizing their itinerary, sightseeing in Lori region or organizing a car tour to any of the places, we are more than happy to help with. The house is located in the heart of town and next to the beautiful square. There you may enjoy your evenings, see the colorful fountains and interact with all the guests of the town. The house is only 5 minutes walk from the bus station from where you can go to Yerevan, Tbilisi, Gyumri, Vanadzor, many villages in Lori region, etc..
