Elche city is around 8km away with big high street shops. Located in an area with olive groves/ vineyards where you'd wake up to the sound of chirping birds! Lots of good walking & cycling routes nearby. Villa enjoys a sun drenched position with stunning views. Gated & fenced property with a long driveway for parking of several vehicles plus a shaded carport. Gardens are tastefully landscaped. There is an olive grove at the front & fruit orchard at the back. Guests can enjoy fruits like oranges & lemons from the orchard in the season usually between Nov-Apr. There is a large 11 x 5m swimming pool which is totally private and wide sunbathing pool terrace with sunbeds & hammocks. Shallow end of the pool is 1m & deep end 1.8m.
