Vacation home by the lake with sauna

A beautiful natural vacation home with sauna by the lake. Perfect for eight people. Owners live in the other house nearby (can be seen in pictures). Whole vacation home is at guests disposal. On the property is volley ball, basketball, beach and plenty of green space. There is also a possibility to rent a boat and go around the lake. The lake is located about 90 m from the house in direct line. Private beach is about 150 m form the house across the road. The house has built completely from natural materials. There is toilet in every bedroom (one with shower - in bedroom 1) and one toilet on the ground floor. One shower is located on Ground floor by the sauna. Sauna is included in the price. Entire house and most part of the territory, including access to the lake etc. Most of the time we are nearby somewhere in the property trying to not disturbing you:) doing our daily jobs. If you travel by public transport I can try to pick you up from the Bus stop. Property is not far from roads and it is easy to connect with cities: Valmiera - 30 km, Sigulda 30 km, Cesis 14 km. Beautiful wooden historical Manor UNGURMUIZA is located just 2 km from property. Late Check Out (till 4 pm) - 50 EUR (possible only if there are no new guests checking in that day).
