BEAUTIFUL FAMILY HOUSE. Listening to the river, our house, on the edge of the Bollène path, which is also the Camino de Compostela, is nestled in a hamlet of MONTS DU FOREZ, 650 meters above sea level, 12 kilometers from MONTBRISON and 30 kilometers from SAINT-ETIENNE. It consists, on the ground floor: of an entrance, a large living room with fireplace, a large kitchen with adjoining TV lounge (flat screen), a pantry and a WC with sink . Upstairs, served by two staircases: - large landing comprising an office area and a lounge area with sleeping accommodation for one person, - 4 bedrooms: 1 with 2 double beds, 2 with 1 double bed each and 1 with 2 single beds - 1 full bathroom with WC. Storage room for bikes, strollers. The equipment of the house includes: - 4-burner butane gas stove with electric oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,   vacuum cleaner, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, small household appliances. - Garden furniture with barbecue. - Internet (Bouygues fiber) A fenced garden in front of the house. Vehicle parking on large wooded area of more than 1 hectare behind the house, by the river. Under the Roman bridge of the hamlet flows a beautiful river, a paradise for trout fishermen. The MONTS DU FOREZ have magnificent wooded landscapes, medieval villages, charming priories and churches await you and will enchant you, and that's not to mention the multitude of hikes offering sumptuous views. Montbrison, Champdieu, Saint-Bonnet le Château, Usson en Forez, Montarcher, Marols, Pommiers en Forez, La Bâtie d'Urfé etc ..., all these towns and villages, steeped in history, are worth your visit. Breathtaking sites await you in the Loire Gorges: - Saint-Etienne side: Le Pertuiset, Saint-Victor sur Loire, the lake and the Grangent dam. - Roanne side: Villerest lake, Saint-Jean Saint-Maurice sur Loire.
