The apartment II is also located on the ground floor, has about 57 m² living space (plus 28 m² balcony) and is also suitable for up to 4 people. Here you will find a beautiful master bedroom (with large 1.80 wide double bed) and a children's room with 2 bunk beds. This is followed by a modern shower room. From the spacious and bright, with large terrace windows provided living / dining area you reach on the south side of the apartment on a very large, partially covered balcony, facing south. In the basement there is a spacious wellness area with approx. 70 m² floor space, equipped with fitness equipment, sauna and relaxation area. The house: The house was built in 2009 in a beautiful panoramic position on a southwest slope, the 4 star apartments are new and were equipped to a high standard. So you will find in our apartments flatscreen TV with satellite TV and a hi-fi system with CD player and iPod connection, but also a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances. Each apartment also has a garage space and ample storage for possibly brought bikes or other recreational equipment.
