The cottage is located in a quiet natural environment and adjacent to two estates ("Little Switzerland" & "Klein Eppink") The accommodation is rented including beds and linen, no extra costs will be charged for this. The stay includes Gas, Light and Water. Wifi and Cable TV is available and free. There is a spacious living/bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, adjacent to the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a spacious refrigerator, combi microwave, gas stove with oven, coffee machine and kettle. All kitchen necessities are amply available. The large spacious bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The separate bedroom is equipped with 2 luxurious single box-spring beds. The house is also equipped with all facilities for your stay The whole surrounded by garden and terrace. There is a picnic table, garden chairs, parasol and BBQ available. Located directly on a nature estate "Little Switzerland" with an unbelievably beautiful view. The tourist tax is € 1.20 per person per day and must be paid separately at the end of your stay. Pets are allowed AFTER request via a PM and approval from our side. The extra costs for this are € 10.00 per week with a minimum of € 10.00 per stay and must be settled separately at the end of your stay. The Cottage also offers a direct view of the Achterhoek vineyard "de Hennepe" where you have the opportunity to taste real Achterhoek wine. It is fantastic walking and cycling on all kinds of new walking and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. "Book town Bredevoort" less than 5 km away. Possibility to rent a bicycle from the landlord. The cottage is located just 500 meters outside the built-up area, which means that all facilities are within easy reach. For children there are freely accessible and favorably priced playgrounds and indoor/outdoor swimming pools as well as a subtropical swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. In our meadow we keep a number of small Quessant sheep We also have a number of cats and 2 sweet Boomer dogs. The accommodation has its own parking space. In Aalten has ample free parking (blue zone, with parking disc) Aalten has its own bus and train station. Recently there is also a daily bus connection to the merchant city Bocholt (D) There is a local taxi company located in Aalten. Lovely relaxing environment with fresh air. Peace and space.
