Tiny House 1, Spice Island Style

Our whimsical take on the tiny house craze is a gorgeous, rootsy yet modern getaway amidst mango trees and fresh vegetation. An open floor plan makes it feel anything but tiny inside. With all new furniture and appliances our spice island hideaway includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, large flat screen tv, washer/dryer and wifi. Just steps away from public transit, and minutes from local beaches, supermarkets and restaurants and a 15 minute drive from St George's. Matching bright Caribbean colours with the comforts of home, Miss Tee's Tiny house is a Spice Island Treat. is yours to enjoy, filled with fun objects that have more than one use to make the most of the space, like the spice rack that turns into a dining table. Or the bench with storage space underneath. Bright red, green and golds celebrate Grenada with one of a kind pieces like the sink we fashioned from a barrel (that pipes out solar powered hot water) or the Domino staircase with railing made from repurposed pipes. A 5 min walk down the gap brings you to a fully equipped supermarket, a bakery and medical centre or to the bus stop which takes you straight into st George's. Or a 5 min walk the other way will take you to our closest hideaway beach, Petit Bacaye. We've tried to make sure you have everything you need appliances, washer/dryer etc, you also have your own private balcony with table and chair set up perfect for outdoor meals. You can access the tiny house through the huge back garden and through a side entrance. There is also an AC unit and fans available but please note **We charge a rate of $8 EC extra per day for use of the AC.** As it is often quite breezy most of our guests don’t use it, so we operate on an honour system, and allow our guests to let us know how many days the AC was in use during their stay and collect on checkout day. . We also have a car available for our guests.. it's an automatic 4 door Kia Sportage (left hand drive) that we rent for $50 US a day. There is no minimum amount of rental time for the car it's really just offered as a convenience for our guests but we do include free airport pick up and drop offs for those who choose to rent it for 4 days or more. There are also lots of other car rental places on island including a car rental business just down the street if you want some other options. If there is anything else you might need or any questions you have, please just ask as we are more than happy to help and give suggestions :) We are always happy to socialize with our guests but also very respectful of their space. We take our cue from you as to what would make your holiday the best and are always just a few steps or a phone call away Westerhall is located in the Parish of St David's, filled with friendly people and gorgeous views. A 5 minute walk from us will lead you to the gap that leads into our closest local Beach “Petite Bacaye” While this is a fairly private, hidden gem of a beach, it’s also temperamental in terms of cloudiness or condition as certain times of the year are better than others, but we are always happy to update our guests on the condition of our “backyard beach” ;) 2 beaches that are gorgeous all year round are also not far. The beach at ft Jeudy is a 10 min drive ($2.50 EC by bus) and in the opposite direction La Sugesse beach is a 15 min ride (Also $2.50 EC) and finally of course the world famous Grande Anse beach which is regularly name checked as one of the world’s most beautiful beaches is just a 20 minute ride into town. There are shops and beaches in walking distance but if you'd like to go a little further we do have vehicles available for rent and parking space in the front, if you’re looking for public transit, the bus stop is a short walk down the gap where various buses will slow down and point by way of figuring out if you're looking for a ride. Taxis are available also and can be called to come pick you up.
