Branded 5 Bunkhouse- Farm Stay & Outdoor Kennel

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Branded 5 Stable. Quiet country roads, horses and more! Spacious, private and clean 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. We don't allow pets in apartment but do provide 3 roomy dog kennels or space in our garage for traveling kennels. Hunters welcome! We are sorry but we do not offer horse back riding lessons at this time. This is a private 2nd story apartment, accessible by stairs. Double occupancy but room for more if needed. 1 queen bed, 1 full sized sofa sleeper & 3 fold out twin beds for larger groups. 1 full sized bathroom with tub and shower. Washer & Dryer in apartment. Full, roomy kitchen complete with all the necessary item: coffee pot, microwave, stove and full sized fridge. Cable TV, DVD and wireless internet & ethernet too. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take a walk around our property. We live on a quiet dead end road with little traffic. Enjoy a stroll down the roads at sunset and take in the beautiful views. Interact with one or more of the many horses that live here. Guests are welcome to help with horse feeding chores morning or evening. Watch our boarders exercising their horses & play fetch with Gatlin the Standard Poodle. You are welcome to visit & pet our donkey, Keester as well! We are sorry but we do not offer horse back riding at the stable. We live on the property and are available 24/7 Do not follow directions from GPS Maps. Use the directions from Airbnb. GPS Maps may take you down a road in poor condition. I will send additional directions from I-70 if needed. Our property is located in a small rural housing community 3 miles from Hays Kansas. Shopping and great restaurants are only a few short miles away. Apartment is located on quiet country road, 3/4 mile off of the blacktop and only 3 miles south of I-70. Only minutes from Fort Hays State University. Do not use GPS Maps to find the Bunkhouse, only use directions provided by Airbnb. GPS Maps may take you down a road in poor condition. Uber available in the area. Breakfast items & coffee will be stocked in the Apartment. No pets inside the apartment, however we have 3 nice dog pens outside at no extra charge. Hunters welcome! Cleaning station & freezer ready for cleaning your birds. No smoking or E- cigarettes inside apartment. 6 Overnight Horse pens with auto water available for rental/horse/night with proof of Coggins test. Outdoor arena & round pen. Quiet country roads and nature trail. With close proximity to Fort Hays State University small graduation get together's are okay with us! We can provide a grill!
