Surrounding the house is a Japanese style morning garden, decking suitable for BBQs, and the main garden - perfect for lazy summer days. Downstairs is the library, large kitchen, office area, wet room, lounge and dining room -which opens out onto a patio. Upstairs is the family bathroom between 3 cosy double bedrooms, with spectacular views of the Lomond Hills. Sightseeing, and local attractions. Let us know what your interests are and we will search out local info for you. A few MUSTS though:- • Falkland Palace: Home to Scottish royalty and second oldest “real tennis court” • St Andrews: Home to the best beaches in Fife (East sands famously features in the film “Chariots of Fire”) and the home of Golf. Try The Old Course Hotel for afternoon tea. Ask to be served in the library and bag a window seat for the best view of the most famous holes in golf. The tourists are usually sent upstairs. • Coastal villages: Check out Anstruther, Crail, Pittenweem and St Monans – all have lovely harbours. Anstruther arguably has the best fish and chip shop in Scotland and St Monans boasts a fantastic smoke house. All have lovely local pubs and walks.
