Harcov Apartment (Bookshelf Room+The Other Room)

Two bedrooms, one study room with dining table + fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom: one double bed and two single beds and small table for work or dining. Second bedroom: one double bed, bookshelves and even smaller desk for work. An apartment is located in first floor, we (me and my family) accommodate ground floor. In basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, also ski preparation room, bike storage. Parking lot is just next to the house. No smoking in the house (nor in the garden, please) Guests can use basement with washing machine and dryer and ski-preparation room. In basement you can store your skis or bikes. Guests can use garden with small fireplace. By the house is an outdoor climbing wall and indoor boulder facility. We live in the house, feel free to ask for help if needed. Our house is in perfect location for visiting Liberec and skiing in Bedřichov. It is in walking distance from Technical University of Liberec. Very close is also ZOO and Liberec Dam. Note: Our closest neighbour is University Housing. It's usually calm and quiet neighborhood, except for some special terms for students. Semester beginning (about September 16th) or semester ending may be a reason for some noise. Anyways, we have triple pane windows. Also, music club si just across the street. It's usually quiet, sometimes muffled music can be heared. Two bus stop stations are within 500 meters, buses 15 and 19 or 145 (going to town centre or also to village Bedřichov).
