Cottage on the lake with 600sqm of lawn and generous amenities

The house offers a living space of about 70 square meters and extends on a spacious 600 square meters of lawn land that invites you to sunbathe or play. The furnished with much love Domizil is a cozy home for everyone in every season. The living room with dining area has a satellite TV, stereo radio CD player, woodburning stove and a large window. The whole house is equipped with electric heating. Enjoy on our terrace the unobstructable view of the lake and let the beautiful nature work on you. Of course, garden furniture (two garden tables, 6 garden chairs), three wood deck chairs and barbecue (charcoal / electric) available. For our younger guests we have a travel cot with sheets and a high chair. Two bedrooms with double bed give your body a break from everyday life and help you to recharge your own battery. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, toilet and hair dryer. In addition, an ironing board with iron and clothes horse is available for all cases. The fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven and cookware and dishes leaves nothing to be desired and offers you the comfort you are used to from home. A standard stock of sugar, flour, pasta, rice and various spices and cold drinks are available. In order to explore the diverse landscape, our guests have at their disposal a men's, a ladies' and two youth bicycles for free. If you like it a bit more comfortable, you can rent for a price of 10 € / day an electric bike (a men's and a women's bike available). At least 40 km can be reached with one battery charge.
